HARPER, Kan. – Harper Turf Equipment, a division of Harper Industries, Inc., announced today that it has entered into a definitive agreement to sell its self-leveling All-Terrain Slope Mower (ATM72LC) to Electraform Equipment.

The transition reflects a strategic decision by Harper Turf to sharpen its focus on turf debris management solutions, while placing the ATM72LC with a partner equipped to support its continued development and long-term success. Under the agreement, Electraform Equipment will assume ownership and responsibility for the continued production and support of the slope mowing product line.
